Home Features:
This spacious 3,000 sq. ft. home offers 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and accommodates up to 8 guests. It includes WiFi, three TVs, a DVD player, and central heating and air, plus two wood-burning stoves. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster oven, and blender. A washer and dryer are available for guest convenience. Step outside to enjoy the large deck, which provides seating for 8 to 10 guests, a gas BBQ (propane not provided), and a private dock with direct access to the lake.

Dining & Kitchen:
The dining table seats six, and the kitchen bar offers additional seating for three. Guests should bring their own coffee, spices, cooking oils, and food essentials.
Parking:
Driveway parking is available for four to five vehicles. The garage is not available for guest use.
Lake & Dock Access:
The home features a private dock for guest use, with swimming permitted up to 30 feet from the dock (per Pine Mountain Lake safety rules). Seasonal boat rentals are available (please check with Pine Mountain Lake for details).

We rent this beautiful house to spend the new year’s weekend, my family and I had a peaceful dinner at New Year’s Eve with no loud music and fireworks around. The communication with the Yosemite Region was great all the time. I really recommend this place!

Stayed 2 nights at better on the Lake house. It's very convenient and so close to Yosemite. The staff was very responsive. It's worth it and they're up front with the fees. The only negative part was that neighbors came to drop off their garbage in the bins for this property which was upsetting. It didn't take away from the convenience of being so close to Yosemite and lake front views! I will definitely book with them again! Josh and his team were great at accommodating me and family after experiencing a chaos with Airbnb. Thank you Josh and team!

I love the people in this organization. I booked in January and from the beginning they were all helpful, professional and very quick to respond. Kudos to the whole team for being passionate about service and caring about your clients. I'm fairly sure I've worked with everyone in the office and they are amazing. Even with the insanity of covid19, they were friendly and available. This is truly a great company. I appreciate all your help and hope everyone is safe from the fires.

This house was absolutely wonderful for our family of 6 adults and 4 kids. Spacious and comfortable. Plenty of shade, umbrella and chairs on deck. The double kayak was a bonus. Great kitchen and supplies. Very very clean.
