Description

Welcome to Casa Cassaretto, a stunning lakefront home located just 50 yards from Marina Beach in the gated Pine Mountain Lake resort community. This spacious retreat features its own private boat dock, direct lake access, and a variety of amenities, including a hot tub, game room, and home theater. Guests can also enjoy access to Pine Mountain Lake’s golf course, tennis courts, community pool, archery range, and Country Club dining.

Home Features
This three-level, 4,000-square-foot home offers five bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms, including two master suites and an open loft with two twin beds (counted as a bedroom).

The home includes a theater room, a Bluetooth-connected sound system (usage instructions are posted on the whiteboard), a DVD player, and WiFi available throughout the house and deck.

For year-round comfort, the home is equipped with central heating and air conditioning, a gas log fireplace, and ceiling fans. The kitchen includes a microwave, dishwasher, disposal, coffee maker, tea kettle, and toaster. Additional conveniences include a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, and hair blow dryer. Shampoo, conditioner, and soap dispensers are provided.

The game room features a mini fridge, pool table, dart board, shuffleboard, board games, and a wet bar. There is also a basement storage room with an extra refrigerator (exterior access only) and an outdoor shower.

The outdoor space includes a sun deck, covered patio, deck furniture for 15 people, and a propane gas BBQ. Propane is not provided, but guests may preorder a tank prior to arrival or purchase one at the local market.

Boats & Water Activities
Guests have access to a private dock, along with a rowboat, hybrid kayak-canoe, two-person kayak, and two Wavestorm stand-up paddleboards with paddles. Additional water accessories in the Boat Room include floaties, buckets and shovels, noodles, and a floating mat. Guests must wear life jackets when using the boats, and swimming from the dock is limited to 30 feet out, per Pine Mountain Lake safety regulations.

Location
Casa Cassaretto is located in the gated Pine Mountain Lake resort community in Groveland, California, just 25 miles from the entrance to Yosemite National Park via the Highway 120 corridor.

  • Maximum of 12 guests at any time, including children and infants. No additional visitors or gatherings beyond this limit are allowed.
  • No pets or animals allowed. No exceptions.
  • No outdoor fires permitted on the premises.
  • Garage is not available for guest use.

Parking
The level driveway accommodates 5 to 6 vehicles.

Boats & Dock Rules

  • Boats are not pre-washed for guest arrival. Guests are responsible for washing them before use.
  • Life jackets must be worn while using the provided boats, including for children.

What’s Provided & What to Bring

  • Linens, bath towels, comforters, blankets, and pillows are provided. Beach towels are not provided.
  • Coffee, spices, cooking oils, food, and snacks are not provided.

Gated Community Access & Fees
Pine Mountain Lake HOA charges a $50 per vehicle access fee (one-time, non-refundable) for entry into the gated community. A stay of 8 or more nights will require additional fees per HOA regulations.ke safety regulations.

The home is better than the photos ! Excellent location BUT most of all check in and arrival details were clear and easy to follow. We’ve rented many vacation homes and this was the most organized. Because they deal with a private home owners location it could have been difficult.

Very comfortable. Layout and deck were perfect with lots of amenities. We would definitely come back here. However, the instructions/details provided at check in of what is available at the house are incomplete. No instructions about the whole house speaker system, no code to unlock the kayak, no mention of all the water toys available. More details would be helpful to plan. Close to the Marina/Beach made for variety of places to swim.

The pictures do not do this property justice. It was perfectly located from the beach and marina. The whole family had nothing but great things to say about this place. We will definitely be making this a yearly family trip. Thank you being apart of making great memories for us.

Just perfect for our family of 10. We ranged in age from 8-83. Everyone was comfortable and relaxed throughout our 3 days. The well stocked (dishes) kitchen and outdoor grill allowed us to make big meals. The large dining tables (inside and out) allowed everyone to gather together. Beds were great, rooms comfy and the game room was perfect. Thank you for making this home available to others. We could not have asked for more! For other guests, Make sure you know to bring condiments, shampoo and soap. The house has everything except these items.

The house is just a hop skip and jump away from the beach/marina. And the lakefront for the house his so magical at sunset.

We had a great stay. A few things to note about the property: there were a lot of cobwebs, the kitchen drawers needed cleaning/organizing, all the beds are high and difficult to use for our elderly parents, the heat was a challenge to regulate through the house as some spots were cold (the game room) and some spots were warm (the loft). Other than that, it was a peaceful and relaxing spot and our family enjoyed our stay.

Our family couldn't have asked for a better lake home to stay in at Pine Mountain Lake. It was perfect in every way and no one in our group wanted to leave! Great lakefront location and all of the amenities were fantastic. The downstairs fun cave was a blast and was well utilized by the group! There's no doubt if Pine Mountain Lake is our destination of choice then "Casa Cassaretto" will be our home of choice! Thank you from the Jackson family!

This property was just perfect for our family vacay! We traveled with my parents and all 3 siblings and their families. This house was 100% comfortable for all 12 of us! The spacious kitchen was fun for preparing meals together. The deck was organized in a way that we could all sit together to eat and relax together. The deck has spectacular views of the lake and PaPa could watch the grandkids float around and play in the lake. The grandsons slept on the couches down in the game room with the homes only TV. The owners provide a huge selection of board games and outdoor family games. We were able to canoe and float around with the supplies provided. My only suggestions are to allow use of the hot tub, figure out the ant issue, and disclose that there are cats that stay in the house from time to time. We would definitely stay here again!!

Casa Cassaretto was the perfect location for our girl's getaway weekend. The home was spacious enough for everyone to be comfortable and the outdoor space was amazing! We enjoyed playing games on the deck, cocktails on the dock and appreciated the use of the boat and canoe to get out on the water. Awesome location, beautiful home ....everything was perfect! Would love to visit again and again!
