With hardwood floors, a game room, and a spacious backyard, this home offers a perfect balance of comfort and entertainment for families, couples, and friends. Just 25 miles from Yosemite National Park, guests also enjoy exclusive access to Pine Mountain Lake’s private amenities, including beaches, a golf course, and more.

Home Features
This cozy getaway is designed for relaxation and entertainment. The living space includes three TVs, basic cable, WiFi, a DVD player, a VCR, and a CD player. Stay comfortable year-round with central heating and air, plus a wood-burning fireplace for added warmth.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, dishwasher, disposal, blender, coffee maker, tea kettle, and toaster. A washer and dryer, along with an iron and ironing board, are also provided for guest convenience.

For added fun, the garage has been converted into a game room featuring a foosball and ping pong table. (Please note: The pinball machines and jukebox are decorative only.)

The outdoor space includes a spacious backyard, a patio with seating for six, and a gas BBQ (propane available for purchase).
