Pet/animal rent $35 per pet, per night plus tax.
All pets must be approved, declared & registered with Yosemite Region Resorts prior to arrival. Pets must be well-behaved, housebroken, non-destructive. Pets are not allowed on the furniture.
Unsupervised pets must be crated. Guests are responsible for cleaning up & disposing of all debris left by their pets.
Pets are not allowed on Pine Mountain Lake beaches. Tuolumne County requires that pets must be on a leash at all times when outside.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY LIMIT IS FIRM.
Sleeps up to 6 in beds.
Maximum occupancy is 7, which includes children & infants of any age.
It's up to the guest to figure out where guest #7 will sleep.

Master bedroom: 1 king.
Bedroom 2: 1 queen.
Bedroom 3: 1 double.

Sleeps up to 6 in beds.
Maximum occupancy 7 (including children & infants).
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY LIMIT IS FIRM.

GATHERINGS:
No large gatherings permitted. A maximum of 7 people (including children & infants) permitted on the property premises, never to exceed 7 at any given time; (if the maximum occupancy limit has been reached, additional day/visitor guests will not be allowed).

LINENS:
Sheets, bath towels, comforters, blankets, pillows are provided for guest use.
Beach towels are not provided.

GATED COMMUNITY ACCESS PERMITS REQUIRED BY HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION:
A copy of your driver's license will be required within 24 hours of booking.
Pine Mountain Lake HOA charges $46 per vehicle (one-time fee) to enter the gated community with 24-hour security.
The entire fee goes to PML HOA.
Price subject to change without notice.
Access permits are non-refundable.
A stay of 8+ nights will require additional fees as per PMLA.

COFFEE, SPICES, OILS, FOOD:
Coffee, spices, cooking oils, food, snacks are not provided.

GAS BBQ:
Propane not included. Guests may order a propane tank on the Temporary Resident Registration form (guest list) for a fee. Propane tanks can also be purchased or swapped out at the local market or hardware store.

FIREWOOD:
Firewood is not provided.

OUTDOOR FIRES:
Outdoor fires are strictly prohibited on the premises.

PARKING:
Sloped driveway parking up to 4 vehicles.

GARAGE:
The garage is setup as a game room, with ping pong and a foosball table. NOTE: Pinball machines and Jukebox are for decoration only and are not in working order.

CELEBRATION DEBRIS:
Confetti is not allowed in or around the property.
Cleanup after celebrations is not included in the departure cleaning fee.
Guests will pay an extra cleaning fee if housekeeping must clean any celebration debris.
