Dos Pinos is a spacious three-level lakefront cabin, located just 50 feet from the water's edge. With ample entertainment options and direct lake access, this home is perfect for a relaxing getaway.
FEATURES & AMENITIES
This home features Apple TV boxes throughout, allowing guests to stream YouTube, Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, and Disney Plus. Additional entertainment includes three Blu-ray DVD players, a pool table, ping pong, Foosball, board games, and books.
For climate control, the home has central heating and A/C, ceiling fans, and a high-efficiency wood stove.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and tea kettle. A washer and dryer are also provided.
Outdoor spaces include new decks with seating for eight, four rocking chairs, a hammock, a gas BBQ, a canoe, a kayak, and a private dock.
This home shares a driveway with a neighbor, so parking is limited to three vehicles.

The dining table seats eight guests, and the bar seats four guests.

The home sleeps up to 12 guests in beds. Maximum occupancy is 12, including children and infants.
IMPORTANT POLICIES & HOUSE RULES
Linens, including sheets, bath towels, comforters, blankets, and pillows, are provided for guest use. Beach towels are not provided.
No pets or animals are allowed. This policy is firm with no exceptions.
Propane for the gas BBQ is not provided. Guests may preorder a propane tank before arrival or purchase/exchange one at the local market.
All outdoor fires are strictly prohibited on the premises.
Firewood is not provided but is available for purchase at the local market.
The boats provided for guest use are not washed prior to arrival. Guests are responsible for washing the boats before their use.
Life jackets are required when using the provided boats.
Swimming from the dock is permitted up to a maximum of 30 feet, per Pine Mountain Lake safety regulations.
PARKING & DRIVEWAY
The property has a steep, down-sloping driveway leading to a semi-level parking area. Due to the shared driveway with a neighbor, parking is limited to three vehicles.
This property has both interior and exterior stairways.
GATED COMMUNITY ACCESS PERMITS
Pine Mountain Lake HOA requires a one-time access permit fee of $50 per vehicle to enter the gated community. This fee is non-refundable and goes directly to PML HOA. A stay of eight or more nights will require additional fees, as per PMLA regulations.

We had a wonderful time in Groveland. The marina was very close so our teenagers were able to be very independent and we could still keep an eye on them. Canoes were great to cruise around in.

Cabin was large with lots of nooks to get away for a nap. Nice view of marina for optimal people watching. Lots of games and activities for teenage boys in the house and lake. Wish the kitchen had more utensils and beds were more firm. Otherwise a fantastic place to be with family, kick back and relax.

Had a great time, check in is a little weird, beds aren’t great and parking pass is pretty expensive. But the house is in a great location the lake is beautiful there are tons of games to play and things to do.

No disappointments. The Big House lived up to all of the descriptions listed. We had a group of 6 adults and 3 children. Everyone had their own spaces with 3 levels of rooms. Quality furnishing through out the home. Two levels of decks with tremendous lake views. Chess, ping pong, pool table, air hockey, and more in the house and the canoe, kayak, & many inflatables were great. Loved it!

Really nice location and ideal residence for large families or large groups of people. The view of the lake is amazing and the numerous activities available inside the residence is a plus.

This location is pretty much exactly as expected. The space itself is great and the location is wonderful. Interior was very clean. Only downside is the check-in process. It isn’t too bad, but definitely more involved than most stays. Definitely still highly recommend staying here, it’s worth the extra effort. Just make sure that you keep an eye out for several emails and follow instructions carefully. -- Thank you for your 5-star review. Pine Mountain Lake also requires the Temporary Resident Registration form (guest list). Our group and I were absolutely blown away when we arrived... Not only is the location of the rental safe and in a beautiful area, the place is bigger and even more spacious than shown in the pictures. I am really critical about cleanliness and let me tell you I was not disappointed. Everything from the bedding to the shower to the kitchen utensils were immaculate. There is also a lot of games located inside the house so if there is one night where you want to stay in, you will not be board. This rental is IDEAL for larger groups because of the space and amenities. The outside of the rental is just as perfect as the inside. The scenery is A1. The water/dock is just a few yards away from the home and is located right in the middle of some of the most beautiful hiking trails. We loved how many decks the house had because there was enough room to play cornhole and bbq at the same time. The staff is also very friendly. The location is a little off from what Google Maps but the upon your arrival the staff puts together a welcome kit where they have step by step directions on how to get there. They are also VERY responsive to any questions you may have. Overall this has been my favorite place to stay thus far.

Beautiful cabin on the lake less than 30 minutes from the entrance to Yosemite! Stacked with games to play with your companions or go relax by the lake. Little something to do whatever you feel.
