The Gathering Place - 2-Level Home with Game Room

"The Gathering Place" is an amazing spot to gather family and friends together to create genuine and lifelong memories.  This two level home offers three bedrooms (1K, 1Q, 1T + futon) so everyone has the space they need for rest while also offering great spaces to share together,  including a full kitchen and game room complete with Ping Pong, Foosball, and Dart Board. Plus a living room with wood burning stove (wood not provided) and other entertainments such as Wifi, 3 flat-screen tv's, DVD player, and video games.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY LIMIT IS FIRM.
Sleeps up to 8 in beds.
Maximum occupancy 8, which includes children & infants of any age. 

GATHERINGS:
No large gatherings permitted. A maximum of 8 people (including children & infants) permitted on the property premises, never to exceed 8 at any given time; (if the maximum occupancy limit has been reached, additional day/visitor guests will not be allowed).  

LINENS:
Sheets, bath towels, comforters, blankets, pillows are provided for guest use. Beach towels are not provided.  PETS/ANIMALS: This is a pet-friendly home. A maximum of 1 dog allowed, with an additional fee of $35 per night, per pet, plus tax. PET POLICY IS FIRM. 

Parking is available for 6 cars so the short drive to Yosemite should be no problem at all...and after a full day of exploring the park you can rest assured that the Gathering Place, and all the family memories, will be ready to welcome you. 

STAIRS:
This property has interior & exterior stairways. 

OUTDOOR FIRES:
Outdoor fires are strictly prohibited on the premises.

GATED COMMUNITY ACCESS PERMITS REQUIRED BY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION:
A copy of your drivers license will be required within 24 hours of booking.
Pine Mountain Lake HOA charges $46 per vehicle (one time fee) to enter the gated community with 24 hour security. The entire fee goes to PML HOA. Price subject to change without notice.
Access permits are non-refundable.
A stay of 8+ nights will require additional fees as per PMLA. 

CELEBRATION DEBRIS:
Confetti is not allowed in or around the property. Cleanup after celebrations is not included in the departure cleaning fee. Guests will pay an extra cleaning fee if housekeeping must clean any celebration debris.
