A Cozy Mountain Retreat in Pine Mountain Lake
Located in Groveland, California, The Gathering Place is a charming two-level mountain home nestled in the gated resort community of Pine Mountain Lake. Just 25 miles from Yosemite National Park, this retreat features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 1,500 square feet of living space. It comfortably sleeps 6 guests, with a maximum occupancy of 8, including children and infants.
No pets allowed.
Parking is available in the driveway for up to 6 vehicles.
Outdoor fires are strictly prohibited.
Inside the Home
The cozy living area includes a wood-burning stove, as well as ceiling and portable fans. For entertainment, the home offers WiFi, three flat-screen TVs, and a DVD player.
The dining table seats 8.
The fully stocked kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, range/oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, Keurig machine, toaster, and blender.
The home also features a washer and dryer, iron, and ironing board.

The HOA charges a one-time access fee of $50 per vehicle. This fee is non-refundable.

House Rules and Important Notes
No large gatherings are permitted. A maximum of 8 guests, including children and infants, is allowed on the property at any given time. If maximum occupancy is reached, no additional day or visitor guests are allowed.
No pets or animals are permitted, with no exceptions.
Guests must provide their own beach towels.
The home has an interior stairway.
