This home sleeps up to 10 guests in beds, with a maximum occupancy of 12, including children and infants. It features two private bedrooms plus a divided loft sleeping area that sleeps six. Guests should review the photos before booking to ensure the sleeping arrangements work for their group.

The home has two bathrooms, central heating and air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, range, oven, Keurig coffee maker, and toaster. There is no dishwasher.

The garage is available for guest use, and parking is provided for up to four vehicles.

This is a pet-friendly home with a nightly pet fee of $35 plus tax.

Located in a quiet area, the cabin features a wrap-around porch and a cozy fireplace. Guests have access to Pine Mountain Lake’s gated resort community with 24-hour security.

The community includes an airport, an 18-hole championship golf course, a country club with indoor and outdoor dining, tennis courts, a community pool, and horseshoe pits. The equestrian center and three sandy beaches provide additional recreational options. The Marina Beach is the largest and most popular, offering a sandy shoreline, designated swimming area, BBQ pits, picnic benches, a snack shack, and seasonal rentals for sailboats, kayaks, paddleboards, and paddle boats.

The golf course is open year-round, while beaches and water activities are available during the summer months.

Gated Community Access & Fees

Pine Mountain Lake is a gated community requiring an access permit for each vehicle. The Pine Mountain Lake HOA charges a one-time fee of $50 per vehicle, payable directly to the HOA. This fee is non-refundable. Stays of eight or more nights may require additional fees per PMLA regulations.

Additional Details

Sheets, bath towels, comforters, blankets, and pillows are provided. Beach towels are not provided.

Outdoor fires are strictly prohibited.

A gas BBQ is available for guest use, but propane is not provided. Guests may preorder a tank before arrival or purchase/swap one at the local market.

Firewood is not provided but can be purchased in town.

The yard is partially sloped, partially level, and partially wooded.
