Ridgecrest Rendezvous - Huge Wrap-Around Deck - Perfect for Sunbathing or BBQ-ing

 Ridgecrest Rendezvous is a three-level, 1,503-square-foot mountain retreat located just one mile from Marina Beach in the gated community of Pine Mountain Lake. This cozy and well-equipped home offers modern amenities, scenic surroundings, and plenty of space for relaxation.

The home features WiFi, a flat-screen TV with Roku for streaming, central heating and air conditioning, a wood fireplace, and ceiling fans.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, Keurig machine, toaster oven, and a bullet blender. Guests must provide their own Keurig pods.

Guests can enjoy the deck with outdoor furniture for 8, a gas BBQ (propane not included), and beautiful tree-lined surroundings.

No pets or animals are allowed.

Master Bedroom: One king bed and two twin beds
Guest Bedroom: One queen bed
Guest Bedroom: One bunk set (double on the bottom, twin on the top)

Sleeps up to 9 guests in beds with a maximum occupancy of 9, including children and infants.

Ridgecrest Rendezvous is located in Pine Mountain Lake, a gated resort community with 24-hour security, offering access to beaches, a golf course, and a country club.

Gated Community Access & Fees

Pine Mountain Lake requires a one-time, non-refundable $50 access fee per vehicle for entry. This fee is paid directly to the HOA. Stays of eight or more nights may require additional fees per PMLA regulations.

Additional Details

Sheets, bath towels, comforters, blankets, and pillows are provided. Beach towels are not provided.

Outdoor fires are strictly prohibited.

A gas BBQ is available, but propane is not included. Guests may preorder a tank before arrival or purchase/exchange one at the local market.

Firewood is not provided.

There is no washer and dryer available for guest use.

Parking & Accessibility

Driveway parking is available for 2-3 vehicles.
The driveway is sloped, but there is level parking at the top.

This property has both interior and exterior stairways.
