"Tranquil Retreat" features 4bd, 2.5ba. Central H/A, ceiling and portable fans. Refrigerator, range/oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, airfryer, washer/dryer. Hair blow dryer, iron and ironing board. Ping pong, books. Gas BBQ. Parking up to 3 cars. Car Port for guest-use. No pets allowed.

The main Marina is a water taxi stop during the summer months, which will take you to all the beaches, for a small fare.

Sleeps up to 7 in beds. Maximum occupancy is 7, which includes children & infants of any age. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY LIMIT IS FIRM.

GATHERINGS:
No large gatherings permitted. A maximum of 7 people (including children & infants) permitted on the property premises, never to exceed 7 at any given time; (if the maximum occupancy limit has been reached, additional day/visitor guests will not be allowed).

PETS/ANIMALS:
No pets.
No animals.
No exceptions.
PET POLICY IS FIRM.

LINENS:
Sheets, bath towels, comforters, blankets, pillows are provided for guest use.
Beach towels are not provided.

OUTDOOR FIRES:
Outdoor fires are strictly prohibited on the premises.

GAS BBQ:
Propane not included. Guests may order a propane tank on the Temporary Resident Registration form (guest list) for a fee. Guests may also purchase or swap out a tank at the local market or hardware store.

GATED COMMUNITY ACCESS PERMITS REQUIRED BY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION:
A copy of your drivers license will be required within 24 hours of booking.
Pine Mountain Lake HOA charges $46 per vehicle (one time fee) to enter the gated community with 24 hour security.
The entire fee goes to PML HOA.

Access permits are non-refundable.
A stay of 8+ nights will require additional fees as per PMLA.
