Nestled among the trees, Tranquil Retreat offers a peaceful escape near the main marina in the gated community of Pine Mountain Lake. Just 25 miles from the entrance to Yosemite National Park, this four-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home is perfect for families and small groups looking to relax and enjoy the outdoors.

The home features central heating and air conditioning, ceiling fans, and portable fans for year-round comfort.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, range/oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and air fryer. A washer, dryer, hair dryer, iron, and ironing board are also provided.

For entertainment, guests can enjoy ping pong, books, and a gas BBQ (propane not included).

The main marina is a seasonal water taxi stop, allowing guests to travel to all the beaches for a small fare during the summer months.

No pets or animals are allowed.

Gated Community Access & Fees
Pine Mountain Lake requires a one-time, non-refundable $50 access fee per vehicle for entry. This fee is paid directly to the HOA. Stays of eight or more nights may require additional fees per PMLA regulations.

Additional Details
Sheets, bath towels, comforters, blankets, and pillows are provided. Beach towels are not provided.

Outdoor fires are strictly prohibited.

A gas BBQ is available, but propane is not included. Guests may preorder a tank before arrival or purchase/exchange one at the local market.

Firewood is not provided.
